He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Mack and Rozina Bailey of Arkansas; his daughter Sandra Jo White (Glenn); his grandchildren, Honie Dulberg (Seth), Ashley Rose, Nicole White, Cassaundra Gunstream, Kianna Gunstream and David Dade (Ann); his sons, Alex Fueling and Anthony Dade; his grandson Ray; his daughter Katelyn White; his grandson David White; his sister-in-law Sherry Bishop; his wife Betty Mack; and his son Daniel Mack.
