She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Tomsic and Kenneth Tomsic. She is survived by: her husband David Phelps; her sons, Jamie (Cora) and Jesse (Lauren); her grandchildren, Jaymee Lee Ann, Harley, Johnna, Danielle, Kenna, Lana, Wyatt, Ocie and Ryann; and her siblings, Kendra (Kathy), Carol (Eddie), Gina (late Joe), Gary (Renata) and Kyle (Melanie).
