He is survived by: his parents, Roy Chavez and Priscilla Chavez; his brother Kalub; his children, Josh, Savaya and Lexi; his grandchildren, Nayeli and Mason; and his fiancée Lucinda.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Joshua's name to Hope west Hospice in Grand Junction Co. Joshua Chavez's legacy of love, sacrifice, and dedication will continue to shine bright through his children and all those whose lives he touched.
