He was predeceased by: his parents, Arbie Adam Ballard and Edna Mae Tunis. He is survived by: his sons, John Travis and Aaron Brandon of Hotchkiss; his wife Pamela Ballard of Hotchkiss; his son Travis Ballard (Jeannie) of Hotchkiss; and his grandchildren, Nessa Mata, Trinton Ballard (Ariel), Trever Ballard (Amiee Smith) and Carter Ballard. He is also survived by three brothers, three sisters.
