He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Green (Hall) and Alonzo George Green; and his brothers, Richard and Fred Green. He is survived by: his significant other Kim Leonard; his children, Hannah Green (Cory Diss) and Christopher Green; his grandchildren, Claire, Aubrey and Huxley Diss; his mother-in-law Barbara Leonard; and his sisters-in-law, Vina Green, Lisa Leonard, Pamela Tate (Craig) and Robin Bopp (Timothy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
