He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Chadwick and Della Chadwick; and his daughter Bunny. He is survived by: his wife Julia Adele Garrett; his daughters, Terri Driscoll (Steve) and Crista White (Scott); his grandchildren, Hayden White (Madi), Riley White and Samantha (Jeremiah); and his brother Steven Chadwick (JoLane).

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in his name to Abode Hospice of Grand Junction.
