He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Medill and Katie Medill; and his brothers, Earl, Westly and Harold.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Medill; and his children, Ralph Medill (Pam), Gary Medill (Joy), Phil Daugherty (Pat), Marilyn Williams (Rick), Barb Huston (Michael) and Abby Zellar (John). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the John and Abby's Home (1526 M 3/8 Rd, Loma, CO 81524). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Rye Cemetery.
