He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen and Mildred McFry; his daughter Phyllis Jean; and his wife Linda Jean. He is survived by: his children, Gary L. Allen, Jr. of Grand Junction, Larry Allen, Colleena K. Hilling of Cedaredge and Hope Roycraft of Pahrump, Nevada; and his sisters, Sharon Skinner of Kingman and Carol Hall of Madrid, Missouri.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
