He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Sisk and Delbert Sisk; and his sisters, Meredith Ackerman and Ardith Hood. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sisk; his son Rick (Stephanie Sisk); his goddaughter Sandra Schmitt (Jim); and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Matthew, Jonathan Sisk and AJ Schmitt.
