He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Rebecca Barker (Zach) and Matthew Conrad (Christina); his granddaughters, Cindy, Anna and Charlotte; and his brother Donald Conrad (Catherine) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by 3 nephews.
