She is survived by: her former husband Richard R. Stevenson; her daughters, Mandy, Emily, Lizzy of Provo, UT and Amanda; her mother Patrice Cluff Fairbanks of Vernal, UT; and her brothers, Daren (Nathalie), Brent (Amy), Ryan (Brooke) and Bobby of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by 16 nieces & nephews, many uncles & aunts as well as dozens of cousins.
