It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Trabue Thompson Jr. (Grand Junction, Colorado), born in Texarkana, Texas, who passed away on May 6, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Charlotte and Renetta; and his stepdaughter Stacy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay; his sister Kathleen Highnight (Dan); his children, Sarah McBroom (Ray), Angela Lawson (Carl), John Thompson (Beth) and Christopher Holsinger (Natalie); and his stepchildren, Jack Bumpass (Shannon) and Meredith Viator (Stephen). He is also survived by six grandchildren, six step grandchildren, four great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
