He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Russell Cowgill and Elizabeth Jane Cowgill; and his sister Kaye Anne Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carole Cowgill; his son Casey Cowgill; and his grandchildren, Bailey Cowgill and Jake Cowgill.
The family asks that donations to HopeWest hospice care under my dads memory be made instead of flowers or other gifts.
