He is survived by: his significant other Deborah Billings; his son Kevin Monger (Kimberly) of Cedar Park, Texas; his stepdaughter Denise McCleary (Tanya) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Richard McCleary (Jessica), Amber Shelton, Dustin Monger and Timothy Monger (Megan); his great grandchildren, Scarlett McCleary, Nathaniel Monger and Greyson Shelton; and his brother Troy Monger (Nina).
