Albert Colunga Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2025, at the age of 97, Albert Colunga (Grand Junction, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleno Colunga and Antonia Colunga; his former wife Alice Colunga (Enda); and his grandson Mario Stock. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Russell (Colunga); his children, Steve Colunga, Donna Vialpando (Ray), Ted Colunga (Kim), Pat Colunga (Clarie), Angie Patterson (Darel), Miles Colunga, Una Stock (Tim) and Sidney Colunga; his stepchildren, Robert, Steven, Danny, Rusty, Kris Hoback and Judy Schave; and his close friend Keavin Garland. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brown's Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel (904 N 7th St, Grand Junction, CO 81501). The military honors will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Veterans Cemetery of Western Colorado (2830 Riverside Pkwy, Grand Junction, CO 81501).
