He was predeceased by: his brother Jonathan Cook. He is survived by: his mother Mona Wall (Schmalz) of Cedaredge; his siblings, Jennifer Cook (John) of Michigan, Heather Wall of Delta and Marcus Brozina (Briana); and his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Reese Gwaltney of Georgia, Wade Wall of Delta, Emma Wall of Delta, Wyatt Brozina and Holly Brozina of Hotchkiss.
