He was predeceased by: his son Kenny. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Fowler (Jan); and his children, Gary and Tawnya. He is also survived by his wife and two children along with 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many brother and sister in-laws, and numerous nieces and nephews.
