With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lawrence Silva of Granada, Colorado, born in Holly, Colorado, whose life came to an end on January 8, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Silva and Calletana Silva (Jimenez); his wife Augustina "Tiny" Silva; his son Ricky Silva; and his siblings, Maurillo Silva, Theodore Sanchez, Timotea Hernandez, Mary Otero, Cirilo Silva, Tony Garcia, Thomas Silva and Jesus Silva.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip "Chunky" Silva (Deb), Natalie Musick (Dana), Greg Silva (Alice) and Andrea "Andee" Dowd (Larry); his grandchildren, Michelle Silva (Chad), Amanda Silva (Ryan), Devon Silva (Mariah) and Jon Silva (Katie); his great grandchildren, Cooper, Crosby, Mia, Ezra and Luca; and his siblings, Delores Marshall (Jerry), Maggie O'Neal and Jack Silva (Vickie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Peacock Funeral Home (209 S 4th St, Lamar, CO 81052).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar Area Hospice and/or Granada Fire Department either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
