With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Widener of Granada, Colorado, born in Lyons, Kansas, who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mabry and Bertha Mabry (Hudson); her husband Clede Widener; her daughter-in-law Ann Widener; and her siblings, Samuel Mabry, J. D. Mabry (Marge), Wayne Mabry, Ruth Mabry and Lydia Mabry.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Knobbe (Steve) of Lamar, Richard Widener (Debbie) of Lamar, Steve Widener (Mary Sue) of Granada, CO, Terry Widener of Granada and Denyce Block (Matt) of Bristol, CO; her siblings, Mary A. Reggin of Gaithersburg, MD and Don Mabry (Alvina) of Golden, CO; and her sisters-in-law, Edith Mabry of Tulsa, OK, Violet Kasselman of Ellinwood, KS and Donna Olsen of Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and a host of friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lamar First Baptist Church and/or Lamar Area Hospice either direct or in care of the funeral home office.
