He was predeceased by: his parents, Refugio Sr. Urias and Eluteria Urias (Marques); and his siblings, Ricardo Urias, Refugio Urias Jr., Elba Ortiz and Lupe Gonzales (Pablo).

He is survived by: his wife Florence Urias of Granada, Colorado; his daughters, Pamela Urias of Lamar, Colorado, Rebecca Urias of Lamar, Colorado and Claudia Enciso (Juan Carlos) of Lamar, Colorado; and his sister Enedina Aguilar (Alberto) of Odessa, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lamar Area Hospice in care of Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 950, Lamar, Colorado 81052.
