“When I began my career as a Denver Policeman, Bob Cantwell was the Division Chief of I.I.I.B. (internal affairs), and my first exposure to him was while I was still in the Police Academy. Needless to say, he scared me to death! A few years later, he was the Division Chief of patrol, and I had a few encounters with him, and I found him to be honest, candid, and fair. I am sorry to hear of his passing. Sincere condolences to his family...”
