She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Koch and Una Koch (Bolejack); her sister Linda Dula; and her niece Cimberly Koch. She is survived by: her siblings, Linette (Bruce Walsh) and Loren (Debbie). She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, sixteen great nieces and nephews, and sixteen great great nieces and nephews.
