Chouinard; her daughter Holly Matejczuk; her son-in-law Damian Matejczuk; her stepchildren, Cheri Blomquist, John S. Chouinard and Joseph Chouinard; her sisters, Caroline, Gail, Rexine and Terry; her sister-in-law Janice; her brother Dale; and her pet Maile. She was also cherished by the firstborn of six children.
