Hurt; his sister Christina Kreidel; his children, Aidan Hurt and Summer Hurt; his former wife Melissa Hurt; his stepfather Rodney Hill; his grandfather Louis Caotes; his brother Brent Hurt (AuntsDebbie Kunin); his cousins, Megan, Danielle Kunin, Vicki Hurt, Jennifer Hurt and Jane Hurt; his uncles, David A Hurt III, Donald Hurt, Dennis Hurt and Gary Mathews; and his cousins, Brenda Miller, Ashleigh, Melissa Miller, Joan Bjorensen, Kim LaFlamme, Paul Hurt, Kyle Hurt, Ross Hurt, Timothy Hurt, Amanda, David Creeden Hurt, Bradley Hurt, Chris Hurt and Jeff Hurt.
