She was predeceased by: her former husband Ramon Hernandez; her grandparents, Jose Guadalupe and Maria Guadalupe Ulloa; her aunts, Maria Emerita Sotelo and Lidia Valdez; and her cousin Gerald Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her parents, Maria Diaz and Jose Jaime Ulloa; her spouse Angel Mancha; her children, Anayah Urbina, Dayjah Urbina, Adely Cano and Jonathan Hernandez; her siblings, Areli Ulloa-Molina, Alexandra Ulloa, Analee Jimenez, Aileen Vargas, Elizabeth Ulloa, Ricardo Antonio Diaz and Jaime Rodolfo Ulloa; her grandparents, Eduardo Diaz and Maria Teresa Carrasco Diaz; and her children, Oakland, Eyesis Mancha, Jaydon and Jocelyn Hernandez.
