He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Cisneros and Eloyda Cisneros. He is survived by: his girlfriend Henrietta Martinez; his sisters, Emma Montoya and Lorraine Guerra (Orlando); and his children, Leon Cisneros (Koulap), Sandra Gomez (Phillip), Rafael Cisneros (Patricia), Randy Cisneros and Andra Cisneros. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (25457 CO-69, Gardner, CO 81040). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Gardner Community Center.
