He is survived by: his wife Jeanie; his children, Randy Ohler (Brigitte), Patricia Atwood, Judy Braley, Paula Jones (Shane) and Pamela Currie (Jeffrey); and his siblings, Robert Ohler and Ellen Benning. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
