He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Orvik and Mary S. Orvik (Reep); his brother Matthew Orvik; and his nephew Scott Olson. He is survived by: his wife Jacki; his daughters, Debby Pemberton (Bob), Sophie Smith (Lynn) and Joy Wagner (Marc); his grandchildren, Keely Pemberton, Lynnzie Lindstrom (Matt), Casey Smith (Melissa) and Kelsey Smith; his great grandchildren, Carter and Luke; and his sister Janet Rhodes. He is also survived by his children, and grandchildren.
