She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Joseph Cerney and Florence Ellen Cerney (Wells); and her sister Dorothy A. Giese. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Sandra; her nieces, Cancun and Grand Cayman; her children, Cowboy Gathering of Colorado and Steven Michael Laimbock; her husband Keith Charles; her nephew Gerry Haas; her daughter Jerrilynn Laimbock Tucker of Golden, CO; her stepdaughters, Sonja Jill Charles Arvada (Tim Butler) and Sandy Charles of David City, NE; her grandchildren, Keith Castillo, Megan Salazar (Jed) and Kappi Hutcheson; her great grandchildren, Vincent, Adriana, Avien Castillo and Mariana Salazar; her nieces, Gail Tinianow (Marty) of Denver, CO and Lynn Haas (Gerry) of Parker, CO; and her children, Violet and David Rose.
Bette was active in the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary #7, the Living Waters Unity Church in Arvada, and the Golden Rec Center where she continued to go to exercise classes several times a week until Covid restrictions prohibited this.
