He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Esther Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Rose Marie Curtis; and his children, David Smith (Debra), Dennis Smith (Betsy), Debra, Diana Eicher (Jerry) and Dee Flores (Moses). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Monument View Bible Church (1173 17 1/2 Rd, Fruita, CO 81521).
