Leonard Chad Lewis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Chad Lewis of Fruita, Colorado, born in Grand Junction, Colorado, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Dale Lewis; his brother-in-law Bill Baker; and his grandparents, Weston, Nellie Massey, Herb and Nancy Lewis.

He is survived by: his wife Jody Lewis; his children, April Lewis-Gies (Brian Gies) and Lance Lewis (Lindi Lewis); his grandchildren, Christian Janusz, Alyssa Janusz, Tyler Gies, Stella Lewis and Rhett Lewis; his mother Westa Lewis; his sisters, Mary Baker and Dolly Young (Wally Young); and his uncle Oscar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Leonard's name to Canyon West Worship Center Food Bank or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
