He was predeceased by: his father Wiggs Gallegos (William); and his brother Randy "The Mayor" Padilla. He is survived by: his children, Alexus Garcia, Amara Gutierrez and Geno Gallegos; his grandchildren, Ava, Aleigha, Ophelia, Sol and Noa; his siblings, Colleen, Darren, Greg, Anthony, Ronnie, Dianne, Valerie, Glenda, Gina and Manuel; and also Mary Gallegos (Ramos).

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Martin's Mortuary (550 North Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81501). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Orchard Mesa Cemetery (2620 Legacy Way, Grand Junction, CO 81503).
