He is survived by: his parents, Blaine Johnson and Amber Johnson; his sister Riley; his grandparents, Patricia Lulu and Jim Harrison; his grandchildren, David Thatcher, Melanie and Bill Whitney; his aunts, Rebecca (Aaron Robison), Theresa (Dennis Parvinen) and Sarah (Jeremy Hester); and his uncle Tony Ortiz. He is also survived by 19 cousins.
