She is survived by: her parents, Earl Robert Lewis and Anna Cecilia (Olmer); her spouse Carlos Silva; her friend Roy Ricks; and her children, Michael Silva (Susan) of Tucson, AZ, Kenneth Silva of Taos, NM, Leslie Casanova (Fred) of Alamosa, CO and Laurie Wampole (Keith) of Sanibel, FL..
