He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Mandarino, Sr.; and his wife Heather Elizabeth "Lizzie" Hartman. He is survived by: his mother Helen Hodgson Mandarino; his brothers, Robert Jr. Mandarino (Laurie) of Wexford, John Mandarino of Bridgeville and Bill Mandarino of Atlanta, GA; and his niece Kristina Mandarino Morgan (David).
