He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Fleck Graham of Ballyclare and Christina Stubbs Graham of Fowler, Colorado.; his wife Patricia Collier; his sister Katherine Graham Spencer; his nephew Patrick Graham Spencer; and his cousins, Jan Gambrel Phillips, Joseph Haney Cochran, III (Josh) and Diana Gambrel Huston.
He is survived by: his nieces, Elisabeth Spencer and Katherine Spencer Rivard (Jay); his great-niece Amanda Rivard; and his cousin Christian Cochran (Janna, family: Deirdre Sheerin, Christina Lanoue, Nick Huston, Catherine Huston, Adam Huston, Stephanie Tinsley, John Stubbs). He is also survived by cousins, in-laws and extended family.
Donations in Patrick's memory can be made to the Pembroke Hill School, Williams College or The Nature Conservancy.
