It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Graham of Fowler, Colorado, who passed away on August 5, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Graham to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Rogge and Lucille Rogge. She is survived by: her husband Charles William Graham (Bill); her children, Mark, Renee and Chuck; her grandchildren, Megan (Gus), Sean (Kylie), Colton (Karen) and Samantha (Austin); her great grandchild Covey; her siblings, Emil Rogge (Olive) and Eileen; and her nephew Jeff Straach. She is also survived by her many, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; her spoiled dogs.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 600 5th St, Fowler, CO 81039 or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 organizations that were close to Pat's heart and reflective of the beauty she brought to the world.
