He is survived by: his wives, Olive Mae Smith and Olive Mae Rogge; his sisters, Eileen Straach Lara and Patricia Graham (Bill); his children, Emil S. "Sam" Rogge II (Jill), Gary L. Rogge (Debra), Steven W. Rogge (Jeanette) and Bonnie J. Housh (Michael); his grandchildren, Shamay Smith (Darren), Jessica Freeman (Joshua), Jace Rogge (Toni), Mathew Rogge, Joshua Rogge (Elizabeth), Katherine Rogge, Courtney Rogge, Clinton Housh, Alexander Housh and Tamara Housh; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Smith, Hailey Smith, Julia Freeman, Josie Freeman, Logan Rogge, Keaton Rogge and Trayton Rogge.
