He is survived by: his wife Nancy McIntosh (Phelps); his children, Kristy Graham McIntosh of Chandler, AZ, Brett McIntosh (Cheryl) of South Fork, CO, Brandon McIntosh (Nealee Phillips) of Fowler, CO, Kori Cozzolino (Brent) of Pueblo, CO, Tara Fort of Pueblo West and Clint Denney (Melanie) of Centennial, CO; and his pet Beau. He is also survived by several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
