He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd F. Church and Myrtle Maude Cannady Church; his wife Lila Bean; his sons, Layne and Chad; his grandson Wyatt Bench; his great grandchild Javen Church; and his brother Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Cliff (Teresa), Lloyd (Tammy), Cary (Denise), Cody (Kasey) and Connie Whatley (Shana). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, a niece; a great nephew.
