It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Marie Ballard (Fountain, Colorado), who passed away on July 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her former husband Michael Shane Ballard, Sr.; her husband Mike Ballard; her children, Michael Ballard and Lisa; her grandson Hunter Hatheway; and her siblings, Chris Simon (Morton), Cindy Panik, Mark Panik (Mary Beth), Johnny Panik (Margaret) and David Panik. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
