She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Farese and Marguerite Fichter. She is survived by: her husband Guadalupe Estrada; and her children, John Forgash (Roseanne), James Forgash and Cindy Beier (Steve). She is also survived by two grandsons, four granddaughters, and one great granddaughter.

Because Jo loved animals and children, in lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in her name to the Dumb Friends League (a Denver based animal shelter), Pikes Peak Humane Society and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
