He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Green and Mattie Green; and his sister Pat Shilt. He is survived by: his wife Marie; and his children, Michael Green (Tuyet), Christine Eppenbaugh (Jay) and Amy Watson (David). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.

His family wishes you to consider making a donation to ALS United Rocky Mountain in his name in lieu of flowers.
