He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Costandine and Della Costandine (Bildeau); and his siblings, Milo, William, Patrick and Joyce Thompson.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne Huspek (Brad), Nita Fitzgibbons (Michael), Georgia Williams (Greg), Thomas G. Costandine, Pauline Eadie (John) and Rhea Phaneuf (Greg); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Huspek (Morgan), Alexa Nicholson (Ross), Alicia Weatherly (Scot), Mickayla Williams, Tyko Costandine (Rianna), Forrest Moistner (Ada), Kaelan Moistner (Piper), Armand Phaneuf and Amelie Phaneuf; his great grandchildren, Truette Weatherly, Alaina Weatherly and Shota Moistner; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by extended family members, caregivers, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dove-Witt Family Mortuary (6630 S U. S. Hwy 85 87, Fountain, CO 80817). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (741 S Santa Fe Ave, Fountain, CO 80817).
