She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest Willam Stacy (Earl) and Letha Pearl Shivers; her husband George Ellis Phillips; and her sons, George Ellis Phillips II and Willam Austin Phillips (Bill).

She is survived by: her children, Randy Wayne Phillips (Lynn), Sherri Mae Whitcomb (Rick), Teresa Faye Phillips-Gulbrandson and Jerald Vernon Phillips (Emmaly). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
