He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Earl Spriggs, Jr. and Mildred Palmer; his wife Diana Cude; his sister Surina Vasquez; his daughter Kristina; and his granddaughter Emily. He was also cherished by extended family members and friends.
