He is survived by: his wife Nora Sams of Las Vegas; his daughters, Shannan Tujios (Aleco) and Lauren Schloss (Erik); and his siblings, Pat O'Neill (Kevin), Barbara Sams and Mike Sams (Angela). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
