It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Gary Puckett II of Fountain, Colorado, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parent Cheryl Puckett; his sisters, Renee Dyer (Mark) and Shai Richardson (Arzy); his stepbrother Mike Morley; his nieces, Kelsey Dyer, Emily and Langley Morley; his nephew Payton Morley; his children, Payton, Emily and Langley Morley; and his brother Scott Underdahl.

As a teenager he was chosen by the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
