He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Orr and Bette Orr; his son Thomas Orr; and his wife Susan (McNamara). He is survived by: his children, Keith Orr (DE), Jennifer Russell (WA), Robert Harvilicz (IA) and Daniel Orr (CO); and his brothers, Dennis (MD), Kevin (PA) and Craig (WV). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and 9 beloved grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region.
