He was predeceased by: his former wife Gloria J. Simensky; his sister Carol Decarlo; and his parents, Peter Simensky, Jr. and Veronica Patsko. He is survived by: his wife Jean Simensky; and his children, Joann (Tom), Natalie (Stuart), Bernie Jr. (Deanna) and Tina Marie (Scott). He is also survived by two stepchildren, 11 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
